Q + A

What does "Cocktail Attire" mean?

Show up ready for a cocktail! Come join us for a few hors d'ouevres and prohibition-era inspired cocktails at this speakeasy under the Orpheum Theater. Welcome to New Orleans and our Wedding Weekend!

What does "Formal Attire" mean

Formal wedding attire sits between cocktail and black tie on the wedding dress code scale. It's slightly more elevated than cocktail attire and a touch less dressy than a black-tie. You can choose to wear a formal suit, coat and pants, formal gown, cocktail dress or chic pant suit. Basically, you have some flexibility to play with your outfit. Generally, a formal dress code means that the couple and their wedding party will be dressed "to the nines." It's therefore courteous for guests to reflect this level of formality in their own attire. You can either go full-on glam or opt for a slightly more relaxed but still somewhat formal ensemble.

Invitees Only

Due to venue capacity, only those whose names specifically listed on the formal invitation are invited. If your invitation includes a guest, then by all means, bring a date! Just make sure to RSVP.

Adult Ceremony and Reception

Though we’d love to see your children, you deserve a night out! We hope that with this notice, you are able to make arrangements so that you can celebrate with us.
